2. Course Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase via our secure processors. Digital course access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if you have not completed more than 20% of the course material.
3. License Grant and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, Rightway Atelier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course content for personal educational use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload harmful code, share account credentials, post abusive content in community areas, or use the platform for any unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Courses are provided “as is.” Rightway Atelier makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or results from using our materials. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under California law. Class actions are not permitted.
